Just
For Parents
Welcome to Youth Programs. This might be
the first time your child is away from
home for an extended period of time, and
we want to be sure that all of your
questions and concerns are addressed. My
intention, in these parent pages, is to
supplement the information we provide to
the potential participant with answers
to questions we frequently field from
parents. I hope that the information
contained in this parents' section will
be helpful as you review our programs.
We are always assessing our programs,
and each year we survey parents of past
participants to gather invaluable
information that will help us to
improve. Many of the questions here are
from parents just like you. Some of the
changes we have made in our programming
are due to suggestions from parents. If
you have questions or concerns that
aren't addressed here or if there is any
other information you would like to see
here, please don’t hesitate to contact
us.Respectfully,
Karla O. Korpela,
Director
of K-12 Outreach
