Dear Michigan Tech Youth Programs Alumni and Friends,

Thanks to all of you for participating in, staffing, and supporting Youth Programs for the last 37 years. In that time, our programs have grown in many ways. We now host over 1,000 participants on average every summer to explore opportunities in over 70 different career and adventure explorations. Not only do our students learn about the field they have chosen in a discovery-based fashion, they also learn:

• They can successfully navigate a college campus and its services.
• They can work successfully with students from around the country and world.
• They are able to function independently far from home by setting up a strong network of friends and supporters on their own.
• They learn that they belong in college with the many talented peers that attend our programs.

You all have helped build this pipeline to collegiate and professional success.
